President Trump on Tuesday celebrated a federal judge's decision to dismiss a defamation lawsuit against him from adult film star Stormy Daniels. Daniels, who says she had an affair with Trump in 2006, was ordered to pay his legal fees. "Great, now I can go after Horseface and her third-rate lawyer," Trump tweeted. Daniels sued Trump for suggesting she was lying about their relationship, but Judge S. James Otero said the tweet "constitutes 'rhetorical hyperbole' normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States," and is protected by the First Amendment. Trump said the dismissal was proof that Daniels "knows nothing about me, a total con!"
