The new preliminary deal to prevent another government shutdown is earning a thumbs down from President Trump.
"I can't say I'm happy," Trump said on Tuesday of the new agreement, per The Washington Post's Josh Dawsey. "I can't say I'm thrilled." Trump didn't say whether he'd sign the bill, but said that he's "adding things to it" and that he's "thrilled" by "where we're going." Trump also said that "I don't think you're going to see another shutdown" but claimed it would be Democrats' fault if one happened.
