Rihanna keeps taunting fans with an unreleased album

It's been nearly four years since Rihanna put out Anti, and fans are more than ready for a whole new album of bangers. But barring a Christmas miracle, it seems unlikely that the new album, nicknamed R9, will be out by the end of 2019 — even as Rihanna drops tantalizing hints that the album is already ready to go. The singer's most recent troll was posting a video to Instagram titled "me listening to R9 by myself and refusing to release it" — and even if it's possible that the whole thing is a prank, fans love the way she lies.
